Testimonials

Thank you for a wonderful job. You took a burned out shell and turned it back in to the home we love. Thank you for putting your heart into your work.

J. Gilliland / Olympia

I want you to know how impressed my wife and I are for you, your company and its employees. From the start, you worked to make the process as easy and painless as possible. The restoration turned out much nicer than we’d expected. The men you sent did an excellent job. They went out of their way to ensure our home was livable and comfortable during construction. Please let them know that we are pleased with them and the completed project. They were always friendly, polite and finished the job in a craftsman-like manner (very professional).? I’ll have no reservations recommending your company to family and friends

D. Butler / Tumwater

...The third interview was with Heritage Restoration.? Just from the single meeting I was convinced that there would be attention to detail. and that everything would be done right.? My wife and I also had extensive remodeling done at the same time.? Heritage Restoration went above and beyond my expectations. They provided extremely skilled employees that worked hard.? We ended up with a house that is beautiful. The attention to detail of every square inch is incredible.? We are delighted with Heritage and look forward to working with them again.

On May 24th, the staff at AAG Insurance in Chehalis opened the doors expecting a normal Monday morning. What a surprise they encountered! It would seem that over the weekend, a water line broke in the bathroom, causing up to 3″ of water to build up throughout the facility.

The Chehalis fire department came down and helped push standing water out the doors. Within minutes, chamber member, Heritage Restoration arrived on site with their crew and began the emergency work of removing the building contents and getting the visible water out. For several days, dehumidifiers would run in the building to remove barrels of water that had soaked into the walls and floor.

When it became clear that the office space was going to need major repairs, office manager, Lesa Givens, went to work immediately trying to locate a suitable temporary work space for the staff. Within three days, the temporary office was up and running with 2 phone lines, 4 desks and a fax machine.

Since AAG Insurance works with a centralized database, they were able to continue meeting the needs of clients with minimal inconvenience. During the three days of down time, calls were routed to their corporate office in Kennewick and priority situations handled timely. Once the temporary location was up and running, the Chehalis crew was able to lean on support from staffing in their other branch offices to meet the needs of clients, even with the short office staff.

Heritage Restoration has done a fantastic job with the renovation work.
